Meeting Canceled
Committee Updates
Treasurer -
February and March had all outgoing items for Science and Art Fair, PD Day, Spring Conferences and Staff Appreciation. We will also have Meals for the Heartland coming out this month which we had already budgeted for. No additional income for the past month.
Apparel -
Spring apparel is wrapped up. We had a total of 30 orders. They will be delivered by the end of the month!
Activities -
Spring Movie is quickly approaching - May 13th! We have 3 food trucks lined up for dinner starting at 5:00p: Sticky Fingers, Off the Griddle and Kona Ice. Movie will start around 6p and food trucks wrap up at 6:30p. We will be polling students within the next couple of weeks for a movie to show.
Classroom Coordinators -
Spring parties went well! Thanks to all the classroom coordinators for their efforts this year! Should be wrapped up with duties for the year!
Yearbook -
Yearbook is finalized and sent for printing! 315 orders came in, we ordered an additional 20 to sell once they arrive. This will be first come first serve.
Communications -
Will continue to use FB and Instagram. Please share items you see posted to get more visibility
Restaurant Nights -
Wahlbergers made $280.
iHop coming up next week on the 13th!
Warrior Lanes Night on May 2nd.
Conference Meals -
Went well minus a delay in delivery for the meal.
Last PD day we are providing treats for is April 5th, Strawberry Shortcake Bar
