Principal’s Report – Matt Robie
Are we going fully online? Attendance is measured throughout the day. Thinking going online Thursday November 12. The first day will be simple and then about 4 hours of work with the teacher. Hoping to get everyone back as soon as possible.
Survey of 2nd Semester is 50% in and there are about 85% in person 15% online. The fall numbers were 79% in person and 21% online. Not really much of a change from first semester. We will go until 2 weeks but will probably go until the numbers go down in the community.
The teachers are doing well. Please be gracious to the teachers.
Treasurer’s Report changed up? No change as of right now.
Committee Reports
Treasurer’s Report – We are ahead for what’s coming in versus what's going out. 1k ahead of the schedule. We had a really good apparel sale along with yearbook money. Books are open if anyone has any questions.
Yearbook - the Shutterfly account is the only way we will get pictures in our yearbook this year. Looking for a plug in an email or PTO Facebook page.
Apparel Sales (Snow Gear Bags) – everyone should have all apparel pieces now. We raised 750 dollars. Very successful! Snow gear bags – FB or Email. We came out with bags this year. Sale is good until 11/15. We have met our minimum order already. Tags will be provided with each bag.
Restaurant Nights – 320 dollars for Culvers – Tonight is Which Wich. Chipotle is in January. We should have some more coming up in the future.
Conference Meals – Dinner from Urban Cuisine, Snack is trail mix, all donations will be need to be in by tomorrow. 42 bags of M&Ms is we need.
Book Fair – Starts this Friday and goes through the 26th. A Live link will be available in an email with also the Teachers List. Works well on the Desktop or Tablet not on the phone. We may do a spring one depending on the turn out.
Fundraising (Wells Fargo Match) – If you read the email from PTO, matching is missing. Grants need to be distributed individually.
Box Tops – someone is needed to take on this section. Contact the PTO to get set up.
Staff Appreciation (Wauk the Talk) – We did our collection a couple weeks ago. Baggies were dropped off for the teachers. Looking for something in future. Still need Wauk the Talk nomination.

Chipotle @ Jordan Creek – Jan 19th 5-9pm
The giving tree – we may do a virtual. A sign up genius. Promote on FB.
