Welcome and VP Introductions

1. Principal’s Report – Matt Robie

- 0 COVID Cases at GR

- Teachers are prepping kids for online process

- Great start to the year both in person and online.

- No temp checks at school, exception is Beyond the Bell.

2. Committee Reports

Treasurer’s Report

- Budget has been finalized. Total income is $17,900.00. Expenses $16,850.00

Year Book

- Last years books are in and being sorted.

- Online Students will get in material drop off on Friday

- In person will send home in the next week.

- This year will look different with no volunteers able to take photos.

- Will incorporate online students in to the yearbook

Apparel Sales

- Website is live. Open until October 1st.

- Will send separate email as well as get in to rotation with the communications

Classroom Coordinator

- Will be doing class room directories.

- No class parties.

- Holiday and birthday gift for teacher will still happen

- Working with other schools to create directories for online classes

Activities

- Will look in to virtual science and art fair, watch party on Netflix and trivia night

Communications

- Be sure to like and share facebook posts.

- GR Gazette will have PTO Save the Dates.

- Will have dedicated PTO email go out after meetings opposite the GR Gazette.

Restaurant Nights

- Kona Ice 9/3 from 6 to 8

- Marcos 9/8

- Totally Rolled Ice Cream 9/22

- Culver’s 10/5

- Which Wich 11/10

Book Fair

- Will have to be virtual. Waiting to hear from scholastic.

Conference Meals

- If conferences are virtual, will have grab and go dinner.

School Supplies

- 224 boxes sold

Striders

- Unable to have this year

Fundraising

- Fun Run postponed till the Spring.

- We already have all of our sponsors.

- Will look at virtual options if it’s still not safe to have an in person

Staff Appreciation

- Welcome back breakfast happened this mid August.

- Wauk the Talk will start soon

- Looking in to fall options

3. New Business

We now have Venmo @GrantRaganPTO

Will be setting up donations in RevTrak as well
